Tent rental guidelines
The tent should be set up on level ground. The area must be clear of all obstruction both on the ground and overhead. A minimum of 5 feet is required around the tent to allow for the ropes and stakes. Customer is responsible to check for underground utilities and to acquire required permits Tents should never be used as shelter from storms. 10% Damage waiver is recommended for tents, Damage waiver will cover tents damaged by storms.
What size tent do you need
Stand up party - allow 5 - 6 sq ft per person Buffet Style party - allow 7 - 8 sq ft per person Dinner Style party = allow 8 - 10 sq ft per person Remember to allow additional space for serving tables, bar and entertainment
Rreservations
A deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your reservation. All deposits must be made with cash or credit card. $20.00 deposit required on reservations that don’t include tents. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is within 2 weeks of the event. Party Items are rented for the weekend. Items can be pick up Friday or Saturday, returns are on Monday Extra charge for early pickup or late returns. Cleaning charge will be added to items returned dirty
Delivery Policies
Full payment required before delivery is made Our deliveries are off the tailgate. We will not carry items inside the house or up stairs. With Tent installations we will stack the rest of the order under the tent. Be ready for our truck by clearing access to unloading area. An extra charge for mileage beyond 8 miles and New Jersey deliveries.
Tent Installations
The set up area should be clear and clean by 8am of the set up day. Fresh cut grass and pet droppings will stick to the bottom of the tent. Our Tents are designed for lawn installations only. We can not set up on decks or over trees and shrubs. Tent must be cleared by 8 am of pick up day with all chairs and tables stacked as they were delivered
